How to Create an Irresistible Offer to Generate More Leads for your HVAC Business

Creating a powerful offer is a simple formula you can follow whether you're running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, post on Groupon, or what have you!

Here is that formula:

1. The Idea

First you need an idea. If you're fresh out of ideas, and can't think of what kind of offer to run in the first place, look at sites like Groupon. Look at Billboards of companies in your industry. Or see what other companies are running on their Facebook page. You can do this by going to their page, going to "Page Transparency" > "Ad Library". Get some ideas!

 

2. Stand Out

What are your competitors doing? If you can do what your competitors are doing, and make your offer BETTER - you’re one step ahead of the game! And if you can’t make your offer better, you can at least make it sound better. Here’s an example: Is the "Low Monthly Payment" price in your market advertised at $89? Great. Offer a lower payment of $20.53 / week! It's the same offer, but sounds cheaper!

 

3. Create Urgency

By limiting your offer in some capacity, you'll increase sign ups. Write in your ad that you'll only let 30 new customers use this offer for the rest of the month. The added urgency will encourage more people to sign up more quickly. Careful - don't make the limit too low or you will have to turn people away!

 

4. The Call to Action

Give people a clear call to action. What do you want the customer to do when they see your offer? Click the button below, give your company a call? Repeat what action you need the customer to take a few times. E.g. "Hurry! Click the button below to get your free Quote"

 

5. Make it Exciting

Make the words in your copy and headlines stronger and more exciting! I've literally DOUBLED conversion rates in the past by adding words like "Hurry!" "Be the first in line!" etc.
